Film blocks

The best climate for horticulture. AGRO-SUR offers modern greenhouses for the intensive cultivation of vegetables, flowers and nursery plant production, as well as for storage and commercial purposes (garden centres). Film blocks have high thermal insulation properties ensuring the top level energy efficiency, which has been confirmed by means of thermovision measurements. This means that this type of greenhouse requires only a minimum amount of energy to provide an optimal growing climate.

Film tunnels

Produce crops all year round and don't worry about the snow. We manufacture and install film tunnels. Thanks to our experience, we are able to quickly and efficiently carry out the tasks entrusted to us. Film tunnels enable the intensive cultivation of thermophilic plants such as tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers. They also provide accelerated growth of cruciferous vegetables and ornamental plants. In winter, they provide protection against frost for all kinds of nursery crops.

Greenhouse-based centres

A modern facility - more sales. The structures of garden centres are mainly based on a steel frame with a structure of a roof truss. The wall cladding construction is made of an aluminium structure filled with double greenhouse glass or insulated glass. The roof cladding is an aluminium structure. All elements of the steel structure are protected with an anti-corrosion and anti-fire coating.

Greenhouses

More light all year round. In 2006, using the knowledge and experience acquired, we started producing Polish greenhouses. We wanted to provide solutions of the highest quality, adapted to both Eastern European climatic conditions and the individual requirements of our Clients. Already in the first year of production, we managed to receive an order for the construction of a greenhouse of several hectares for the cultivation of tomatoes.

Greenhouse benches

Ergonomic and convenient plant production. AGRO-SUR benches are designed by the Design Department, with all the needs related to horticultural production taken into account, in accordance with the principles of conceptual ergonomics. Our offer includes flood and rolling benches as well as display benches for shopping centres, garden centres and warehouses. In the process of bench designing, all phases of horticulture are being taken into account - from production, through storage, to the sale of plants.

Curtains

Year-round temperature and sunlight control. We provide shade/thermal and darkening curtain systems based on materials from reputable companies, incl. IFG Cresco, Ludvig Svensson and Novavert, with different shade/thermal and darkening parameters. For the assembly of systems, we use components from companies such as Ridder, De Gier and Somfy. Shade/thermal and darkening curtains are a solution that can significantly affect the factors determining the growth of plants (temperature, light, humidity and air composition).

controls

Crop control has never been easier. We have been cooperating with European leaders in the production of solutions based on digital electronics and industrial information technology for many years. In addition to standard controllers, we offer non-standard solutions with parameters tailored to the individual needs of the customer, which are based on a wide range of industrial controllers - from simple electronic systems, through processor controllers, to PLC controllers.

Arm sprinklers

Professional irrigation and fertilization. We are a manufacturer of certified internal and external arm sprinklers. We provide sprinkling devices for greenhouse crops as well as for field production facilities. The AGRO-SUR arm sprinklers allow for very precise watering of plants, and thus - for the most economically efficient water management.

Film and accessories

Durable film with high thermal resistance. We offer top-class garden films intended for covering various types of greenhouses in which intensive crop cultivation is carried out. The material we use for the production of film has unique parameters, including excellent diffusion effect. In practice, this means that our films provide optimal diffusion of natural light, which reaches as deep as the lower parts of the cultivated plants.

The amount of costs is also influenced by the use of such a heating system that allows the best use of the chemical energy of the fuel (high-efficiency boilers, providing hot water to the facility with pre-insulated pipes, installing additional condensers at the outlet to the chimney, the use of appropriate solutions in the field of greenhouse automation, buffer tanks installed in heating systems).
