Privacy policy

The Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users of the agrosur.com.pl website, hereinafter referred to as the Website.

1. The Controller of the personal data contained on the Website is Agro-Sur i wspólnicy Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Rogoźnik, ul. Kościuszki 231A/1, NIP (Taxpayer's Identification Number) 6252409938, REGON (Business Statistical Number) 241469227, hereinafter referred to as the Controller.
2. The Website obtains information about Users entered in forms on the basis of their consent.
3. The data provided is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of the specific form, e.g. to answer a question.
4. The User who has entered data in a form has the right to:
   1. access, modify and delete personal data,
   2. restrict processing and demand the cessation of processing of his or her data at any time,
   3. withdraw consent at any time –withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal,
   4. transfer the data to another personal data controller,
   5. lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
5. The personal data provided by the User in a form will be processed for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were provided and as long as the Controller’s legal, accounting and tax obligations exist, as well as until the statute of limitations for possible claims. If consent has been given for the processing of personal data – until the consent is withdrawn.
6. The Controller shall exercise due diligence to adequately safeguard the personal data provided, in particular against their disclosure to unauthorised persons.
7. The personal data provided may be made available to entities that have a legal basis under the law.
8. The entities collecting and processing personal data on the website are mainly from Poland and countries in the European Economic Area (EEA). Some providers are based outside the EEA (e.g. Google Inc. is based in the USA and provides a website statistics service called Google Analytics). These entities are required to comply with the principles set out under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield programme regarding the collection, use and storage of personal data of European Union citizens (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield) and the contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission.
9. Legal grounds related to the processing of personal data:
   1. Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (uśude);
   2. Telecommunications Law Act of 16 July 2004 (PrTel);
   3. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC; (GDPR).

Cookie use policy

 

Cookies are IT data stored on Users' end devices, intended for the use of websites.

1. The agrosur.com.pl website does not automatically collect any information except that contained in cookies. This includes the IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type and data on the User's navigation path and the time spent on specific pages.
2. The Controller may use cookies to:
   1. improve the usability of the website and adapt its content to the individual preferences of the User
   2. create anonymous statistics on the basis of the Google Analytics system (analysis of Users' actions on the website and demographic data), excluding the possibility of identifying the User
   3. display remarketing advertisements via the Google AdWords system to Users who have visited the website
   4. display personalised advertisements, tailored to users' interests and online behaviour

With these settings, it is possible to specify the extent of the User's consent to the inclusion of such files in his/her browser. Security principles

 

1. The User of the website should take care of the security of his or her devices that access the Internet. The device should have anti-virus software with an up-to-date virus definition database, an up-to-date and secure version of the web browser and a 'firewall' enabled.
2. It is advisable to enable anti-phishing filters (tools) in the web browser that check whether the website displayed is genuine and not designed for phishing purposes, e.g. by posing as an institution or a given business entity.
3. Caution is advised when opening attachments or clicking on links in emails that the User was not expecting, e.g. from unknown senders. If in doubt, it is a good idea to contact the sender, e.g. by telephone.
4. Files should only be downloaded from trusted sites. It is highly risky to install software from unverified sources.
5. A website User using a home Wi-Fi network should set a secure and difficult to crack password for accessing the network. It is also recommended to use the highest possible Wi-Fi network encryption standards that are possible to run on the User’s equipment, e.g. WPA2.
